1. Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship orders within Canada only.

All orders are processed and shipped from Vancouver Island, BC.
2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- If you require faster shipping, please email, and we can often accommodate.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note: processing times do not include carrier transit times.
3. Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping – $8 CAD: Applies to all standard orders, shipped as a tracked package via courier (Canada Post, FedEx, or Purolator).

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $120 CAD (before tax and discounts).
4. Delivery Times

Typical delivery within Canada: 3–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
5. Tracking

All flat rate and free shipping orders include tracking.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Monark is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
7. Shipping Issues & Delays

Once an order leaves our studio, shipping times are the responsibility of the courier.

We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
