📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are packed and shipped from our studio on Vancouver Island, BC.

⏱ Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before they leave our studio. Need it sooner? Email us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please note that processing time does not include carrier transit time.

🚚 Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Rural and remote areas may take a little longer.

📬 Order Confirmation & Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it's on its way — every flat rate and free shipping order includes tracking.

📍 Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping details at checkout. Monark is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

⛈ Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your order leaves our studio, delivery is in the hands of the courier. We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, high volume, or other issues outside our control.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
