1. Returns & Exchanges

• Gift Boxes: Due to the nature of curated and custom packaging, all gift box sales are final.

• Bath & Body Products (soap, oils, bath soaks, etc.): For safety and hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Jewelry & Candles: We accept returns of unused, unworn jewelry and unlit candles within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in original packaging.
